typing test is available to determine if your candidate can touch type.
Included with this program is a data input test for positions requiring
this ability.
Typing Test
is designed to measure how quickly and accurately candidates can type
straight text. Two standard texts are available for candidates to type
from or custom text can be created.

Data Entry
Test
measures how quickly and accurately data can be entered on a PC.
Candidates enter data into fields on the screen, exactly as they do in a
database package such as Microsoft Access. Three standard forms are
contained in the test. Two consist of a mix of text and numeric fields
such as name, address, SSN, and phone number. The third consists of
numeric fields only and is ideal for testing 10-key speed and accuracy.
Customized data forms can be designed, including text and numeric
fields, field labels, and immutable characters, e.g., slashes in a date
field. The features and options of the typing test are also available
with the data entry test.
Results
include gross speed, errors, and net speed. These can be viewed as words
per minute, keystrokes per minute, or keystrokes per hour. |
