First jobs after graduating from college don’t always pan out, but with Larry, he knew right away that he had found the perfect fit with the Arizona State Hospital. Today, after being there nearly 25 years, he works as a psych tech with several different units in rehab and training. He says he still motivates his staff and himself with the same enthusiasm and drive that he first started with. So how cool is this?
