The Supervisor Academy is a compilation of leadership competencies identified in a statewide needs analysis as being critical to success on the job and performed most frequently as a supervisor. There are 14 online modules and a final project that must be completed to meet the requirements of ARS 41-763 (8). The curriculum includes the following classes:
