OCCUPATIONAL LISTING
For the purposes of determining retention points, Personnel Rule R2-5-902. Reduction in Force provides for a calculation of retention points for time held within a "class series." The Occupational Listing is used to identify each class series .

USING THE CURRENT OCCUPATIONAL LISTING
Definitions for the current occupational listing:

Class Series - A combination of the Job Class field from HRIS and an assigned letter to denote a series within the Job Class.

Title - A classification title from HRIS as of January 2009 based on the job code.

Job Code - An alphanumeric indicator for a given classification. For comparisons, all covered classifications in HRIS have a job code that begins with ACV while job codes on the Historical Occupational Listing use the same number with ACV omitted.

Schedule - The salary schedule assigned to a classification as of January 2009.

Grade - The pay grade assigned to a classification as of January 2009.

'03 Code - The job code series that the classification was assigned to in 2003. Cells highlighted in gray indicate the current assigned job code may have been assigned to a different class series since 2003.
