TRAINING & JOB ROLES
In order to access the HRIS system, users must request security access to one or more job roles necessary for him/her to complete their daily tasks. This must be done prior to the person being able to perform his/her HRIS related duties. To obtain security access, a user must complete and pass defined HRIS training for those specified job roles. To begin, please select your job role below, then you will be able to view the forms and reports available to that specific job role as well as the training lessons that are required to access that role.
After training has been completed, please login to Y.E.S. and click on Employee Training. Then, click on Register by Category and then HRIS Courses and Final Exams. Choose your exam that correlates with the job role. Once the exam has been viewed and passed, please complete the Agency Security Request form and submit to your Security Administrator.
Please note, in order to gain access to any job role within HRIS, you must complete all lessons under the General Training. This training will introduce users to basic navigation techniques in the HRIS system.
