FY2016 Compensation Guidelines

Effective July 1st, 2015 the Compensation Guidelines used by agencies to administer salary and compensation within their workforce, were revised to make it possible for the agency to perform a variety of salary and compensation actions, that previously required ADOA’s review and approval. In an effort to make this process more efficient, and help the agencies navigate through the newly revised Compensation Guidelines, ADOA HRD has developed new forms, worksheets, reports, HRIS codes, as well as training materials to ensure the agencies have all the tools they need to successfully administer their compensation strategies.
